Thank you for choosing The Print Barn! We aim to provide high-quality custom prints, stickers, posters, and buttons. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Right to Deny Orders

   The Print Barn reserves the right to deny any order that we deem inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is pornographic, offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or promoting hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or immigration status.

 

2. Design Fees 

   We reserve the right to charge a design fee when additional design work is required for your custom order. The fee will be communicated to you before proceeding with the order.

 

3. Proofing and Approval  

   You will receive a proof of your custom design before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for any errors in spelling, formatting, or content. Once approved, The Print Barn is not liable for any mistakes in the final product. Production will only start once approval is received.

 

4. Custom Order Pricing

   The price for custom sizes and designs will be determined by The Print Barn based on the scope and complexity of the request. Pricing will be at our sole discretion and communicated to you before production begins.

 

5. Non-Refundable Custom Orders  

   All custom orders are final and non-refundable. Once you approve a design and it is printed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

6. Obligation to Pay for Fulfilled Orders  

   Once a custom order is fulfilled, you are obligated to pay the full amount, regardless of any changes in personal circumstances or preferences after production has begun.

 

7. Copyright and Usage Rights  

   By submitting a design, you affirm that you have the legal right to use any images or content in your order. The Print Barn reserves the right to deny any orders that include copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization and will not be held liable for any misuse or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

 

8. Order Modifications and Cancellations  

   Once an order is placed and production has begun, modifications or cancellations are not permitted. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.

 

9. Free Shipping Policy  

   Free shipping is only available to customers within Hamilton County. For all other locations, standard shipping rates will apply.

 

10. Damaged Goods or Shipping Issues  

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is incorrect due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

 

11. No Warranty  

   The Print Barn does not offer any warranties, express or implied, on the products sold. All sales are final upon delivery.

 

12. Satisfaction Guarantee  

   We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. While custom orders are non-refundable, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

 

13. Privacy and Data Protection 

   Your personal data will not be shared, sold, or distributed to any third parties. We take your privacy seriously and only collect information necessary to complete your order.

 

14. Right to Deny Offensive Content 

   We retain the right to deny orders that are intended for any use we, in our sole discretion, determine to be pornographic, offensive, threatening, or promoting hate or discrimination against others.
