SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with The Print Barn. Please review the following shipping and return terms carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Free Shipping

   Free shipping is offered to customers located in Hamilton County. For customers outside Hamilton County, standard shipping rates will apply and will be calculated based on your location and order size.

2. Damaged Goods or Shipping Issues 

   In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

2. Custom Orders are Non-Refundable

   All custom orders are final and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of these products, once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Please double-check all order details before submitting.

 

4. Cancellation of Custom Orders

   Once processing begins on a custom order, cancellations are not allowed. If you need to make changes to your custom design before processing starts, please contact us immediately.

 

5. Returns and Refunds (Non-Custom Orders) 

   For non-custom products, if you wish to make a return or request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours after delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged. After 24 hours, returns and refunds are not available.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products  

   If you receive a damaged or incorrect product due to shipping or a production error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

 

7. Proofing and Approval  

   For custom orders, a proof will be provided before production. Once approved, The Print Barn is not responsible for any errors in the final product. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the proof.
